Privacy Policy & Confidentiality Commitment

XfinitySG Pte Ltd | Leadership Capacity™

1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy

At XfinitySG, confidentiality, integrity and trust are fundamental to the work we do.

We recognise that meaningful leadership development and personal transformation require openness, discretion and a genuine sense of safety.

Whether you are exploring our programmes, arranging a private discovery conversation or engaging us for executive advisory, we treat your personal information and professional circumstances with care and respect.

Conversations, personal experiences and engagement outcomes are not shared publicly, used as testimonials or disclosed for promotional purposes without your permission.

Where additional contractual confidentiality is required, we are open to entering into a mutually agreed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

This Privacy Policy explains how XfinitySG Pte Ltd collects, uses, protects and manages personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following information:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, telephone number and professional contact details.
  • Professional information: Job title, organisation, industry and information about your leadership responsibilities or professional aspirations.
  • Discovery conversation information: Responses you voluntarily provide when booking a private consultation, including your leadership challenges, personal goals, desired outcomes and readiness for change.
  • Programme information: Information you choose to share during coaching, leadership development, advisory or related engagements.
  • Website and advertising information: Technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages and website activity, where collected through the technologies we use.
  • Communication information: Correspondence and enquiries submitted through our website, email, LinkedIn, scheduling platforms or other authorised channels.

We encourage you to share only the information necessary for your enquiry or engagement. Please avoid providing unnecessary sensitive personal information through online booking forms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We collect and use personal information for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including to:

  • Respond to enquiries and requests for information.
  • Arrange and conduct private discovery conversations.
  • Understand your objectives and assess whether our programmes or services may be suitable.
  • Deliver our leadership development programmes, executive advisory and related services.
  • Manage client relationships, scheduling, administration and relevant communications.
  • Improve our website, services and client experience.
  • Understand the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising activities, where permitted.
  • Share relevant programme updates, resources or marketing communications where we have an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required.
  • Comply with applicable legal, contractual and regulatory obligations.

Information shared during discovery conversations is used primarily to understand your circumstances, explore your desired outcomes and assess whether a professional engagement would be appropriate.

Submitting an enquiry or booking a discovery conversation does not automatically enrol you in promotional mailing lists.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

4. Confidentiality of Executive Conversations and Engagements

We understand that senior leadership comes with responsibilities, pressures and personal considerations that are not always visible to others.

We respect the confidence placed in us when individuals share their professional challenges, leadership aspirations or private experiences.

Our approach to confidentiality includes:

  • Treating individual discovery conversations and programme engagements as confidential.
  • Restricting access to personal and engagement information to authorised individuals who require it for legitimate service delivery or administration.
  • Not sharing identifiable client stories, personal experiences, programme outcomes or testimonials publicly without appropriate permission.
  • Not disclosing the content of private conversations to employers, colleagues or unrelated third parties without authorisation, except where disclosure is legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
  • Offering the option to discuss a mutually agreed NDA where additional confidentiality assurances are appropriate.

We may use aggregated or anonymised insights to improve our work, provided they do not reasonably identify an individual.

Our commitment is to provide a professional environment in which trust, discretion and personal dignity are respected.

5. LinkedIn Advertising and Enquiries

XfinitySG may use LinkedIn advertising, including Thought Leader Ads, to introduce our leadership development programmes, executive journeys and advisory services.

If you engage with our advertisements and voluntarily submit information through LinkedIn, our website or a linked booking platform, we may use that information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry.
  • Arrange a discovery conversation.
  • Understand which programme or service may be relevant to your interests.
  • Review the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
  • Communicate with you about the enquiry or programme you requested.

Where applicable, LinkedIn independently processes information under its own privacy terms.

We do not treat engagement with an advertisement alone as consent to receive unrelated promotional communications.

Any additional marketing activity will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and relevant consent or preference requirements.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, understand visitor activity and measure advertising effectiveness.

If implemented, these technologies may include LinkedIn's Insight Tag or other analytics and advertising tools.

Depending on the tools activated, information collected may include website visits, page interactions, browser and device information, referral information and advertising conversion events.

We will provide relevant information about these technologies and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

Where applicable, visitors may manage their choices through available cookie controls, browser settings or the privacy settings of the relevant advertising platform.

We will not intentionally use advertising tracking technologies to transmit confidential coaching notes, private discovery responses or sensitive personal information to advertising platforms.

For further information about LinkedIn's data practices, please refer to LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.

7. Third Party Service Providers

To operate our business and deliver services, we may use reputable external service providers for functions such as:

  • Appointment scheduling, including Calendly.
  • Website hosting and administration.
  • Email communications.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Video conferencing and online programme delivery.
  • Payment processing, where applicable.
  • Website analytics and advertising measurement.

These providers may process relevant information on our behalf or independently, depending on the service and applicable contractual arrangements.

We take reasonable steps to select appropriate providers and safeguard personal information shared with them.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We do not share confidential client information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

8. Data Storage, Security and Retention

We take reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, disclosure or alteration.

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or where retention is required for legitimate legal or business purposes.

When information is no longer required, we take appropriate steps to securely delete, destroy or anonymise it.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Nevertheless, we are committed to maintaining reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information entrusted to us.

9. International Data Transfers

Some of our technology and service providers may store or process information outside Singapore.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take appropriate steps to comply with applicable data protection requirements, including Singapore's PDPA, and to ensure that relevant safeguards are in place.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
